Urschel Laboratories Model G Serial #1114 Slicer/Dicer. This unit was taken out of a school kitchen and the working condition of it is unknown. The power source is 3 phase and we are unable to test. It has circular and cross cut knives, the bracket for the control box is broken but other than that it looks to be in really good condition.
