PACE's Thermo-Bond Cir-Kits allow fast repair and modification SMT and Thru-hole lands, edge connector fingers, and other circuit elements, to meet original board quality and reliability.
There are little ferrels in each of the 7 plastic compartments and there are 10 yellow strips beneath them.
The bag on the left side of the inside cover is PACE 1200-0151-01 FRAME, CER FP, SOJ, PLCC, LCCC and contains some sort of gold template with the same part # on it.
Please note that one of the plastic hinges on the cover is broke so you need a rubber band around it to keep it closed.
