Traulsen Heated Cabinet, or Proofer. This is a pass thru unit which retails for over $10,000. That's a lot of money- I don't know why anyone would pay so much when you can have this used cabinet (rewired and in great working condition). There are 20 stainless tray slide sets. Unit has been tested- heats to 200 degrees. This is an insulated high end unit, comes with legs.
