Although this mixer has never made pizza dough in it's life, it would be more versitable then the P660 60 Qt. mixer for any Pizza Shop, Bakery, or Gormet Restraunt.
This Mixer came from a Colonary cooking school located in Florida.
All equipment we purchased was used to teach students the art of baking, food processing, vegetable processing, and gormet food prep. This mixer WAS not used commercially. This school was closed due to lack of state funds, the equipment was used by students for approx. 1-2 years, 2 days a week, 30-45 minutes a day, 7 months out of the year, after the property was closed due to lack of state funds this equipment was stored in an air conditioned warehouse untill we purchased it. All equipment is virtually like NEW. Machine was tested 100% good there are no signs of wear on the attachment shaft and no wear signs on the bowl arms which normally shows the signs of wear first. Machine is virtually like new inside and out. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS MACHINE ANY JUSTICE.
MIXER STILL HAS FACTORY SERVICE TAG STILL ON THE SHIFT LEVER, THIS SHOWS THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF WEAR IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WORN OFF DURING HEAVY USE.
