This listing is for 1 die set (4 pieces) in good general condition with minimal to no signs of use and wear, as seen. Includes cutout plate, cutting head, embossing relief plate and raised embossing head. This die set is to be used with a punch press machine for manufacturing this design in metal. First, the cutting head and cutout plate is used to punch metal material into the overall shape of the piece. Then the embossing head and relief plate is used to stamp or emboss a detailed design into both sides of the metal piece.
This die set features a rectangular emblem design, as pictured, measuring approx 1-3/4" x 49/64". This can be used with stainless steel, silver or gold to make jewelry such as a badge or pin. Can also be used with other soft metals for craft applications like emblems, trim or decoration for almost any product. This may be able to be used to stamp leather, though this has not been confirmed and its main application is metal.
The tooling of embossing head head measures 1-3/4" x 1-7/32" x 1" with a 9/16" x 1-1/4" shank. The embossing relief plate measures 1-31/32" x 1-5/32 x 1-5/32". The cutting head has the same dimensions as the embossing head. The cutout plate has a 1-23/32" x 3/4" cutout and measures 3-5/16" x 2-7/16" x 9/16" overall.
