ASP Scarab Cutter Disposable Restraint Cutter
The ASP Scarab disposable restraint cutter is designed to safely remove all brands of disposable restraints with compound leverage. The cutter is compact, powerful and easy to use. Cuts at 90 degrees to the wrist. Leverage pierces the restraint, holding it in place and simultaneously cuts in two directions. The cutters can be attached to a keyring or a patrol/ tactical bag.
