4-component live bottom gravimetric day bin feed system
System includes (4) 6' O.D. x 10' H live bottom steel bins. Each bin is equipped with a 10" diameter screw conveyor discharge. Bins were previously mounted in roof of a plant. Bins are loaded through pneumatic conveying system from silos. Each bin discharges through screw conveyor to central blend / feed hopper. Blend / feed hopper has live bottom mounted on load cells. Includes operator control panel.
