Returns: Before you return an item, you must e-mail us with a description of the problem, you must follow any instructions that we provide in response to your e-mail, and you must obtain our approval to return the item. If you return an item to us, you must meet all of the requirements listed below to receive a refund:
* Return the item in the same condition as received with no damage, marking, or alteration. All serial numbers, bar codes, and proofs of purchase must be intact.
* Include a copy of our invoice, packing list, or return authorization e-mail for the item.
* Include all packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.
* Include a description of the problem.
* Any refused/undeliverable package fees charged to us by the carrier.
We reserve the right to abandon the refused or undeliverable package with the carrier, in which case no refund will be issued.
Venue: By making a purchase from B & A Computer, you agree that any claim or dispute that you may have against B & A Computer must be resolved by a court located in Dallas County, Texas, except as otherwise agreed by the parties. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Dallas County, Texas for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. All claims or disputes filed or brought elsewhere shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim or dispute elsewhere, B & A Computer may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $1000.00, provided that B & A Computer has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.
