Protex Concrete Air Tester Meter, from Autolene Lubricants, Co. Denver Colo USA. The the item is used, but looks to be in good used condition. Has the metal carrying case.
I do thing the item would work, I just don't know how to use it. It was purchased from a State Highway Department. All valves seem to open and close as they should lid stays on tightly. I have two of these listed for the same starting price.
