You are getting everything that is in the pictures. I have no mask or tank but looks like everything else to me. The harness looks like it is in very good condition and the Scott pressure Pak 11 shows some finish wear but there is no damage and the hose also looks good, I have no way of testing it but I see no reason it should not work just fine.
