This is the Minipack MVS-48DV Double-Chamber Vacuum Machine. It features two separate chambers with 2 separate controls and one vacuum pump. This allows you to start the second chamber as soon as the first stops vacuuming - no need to wait for the gas, seal or for the air to go back into the chamber. The nearly 23" seal bars are located on the left and right side of each chamber. The 48DV comes with a Busch vacuum pump. The MVS-48DV is the perfect double chamber vacuum machine for busy supermarket deli's or fish and meat processors. The vacuum pump in this ideally sized machine is very quiet. The MVS-48DV is made from stainless steel and comes with digital controls with 9 programs, adjustable soft air, electronic pressure sensor instead of vacuum timer and removable seal bars. Minipack chamber machines have a two year limited non-wear item parts warranty.
Vacuum packing extends the life of refrigerated or perishable products by 3-5 times their normal shelf life and eliminates freezer burn. Prevents shrinkage- "the weight you pack is the weight you sell". Vacuum packing increses your profits by working ahead during slow periods, and most importantly packaging your resale products with eye apealing marketable packaging for 3 to 5 times extended shelf life.
