Comes with one (1) TPGB 321 insert and screw.

This tool fits standard 2" Criterion type boring heads with 1/2 holes and 5/8 hole offset.
Please check this dimension before ordering! Some import heads have odd hole offset.
Another version is available (Apon Request) which is adjustable for odd hole offset.
