Maple syrup pan, evaporator pan, 2 x 4
This pan is made of 22 ga. 304 stainless steel.
It measures 2' x 4' with a 7" wall, with a 3/4" lip bent in on top.
The pan has a 1/2" tap for drain. I have stainless valves available for $25.
This pan will hold 34 gallons of liquid.
