All States Brand - Model 5-HPP
H-Series Heavy-Duty Cable Clamps have a 1/2" wide, .060" thick strap for a maximum bundle diameter from 1/8" through 1-1/2". Heavy-duty clamps provide greater strength for applications, such as hanging, or holding heavier runs. Standard hole diameter is .203" for a No. 10 screw.
All-States cable clamps are designed and molded with a V-shaped funnel opening to provide an open position for easy wire insertion and removal. When mounted, the mounting screw for secure containment of the bundle closes the opening. Cable clamps can be mounted to almost any surface that will accept an anchoring device. The use of screws allows cable clamps to be opened for wire changes and to be moved and re-used for routing changes. Since cable clamps are re-usable, they offer an economical alternative to cable ties and mounting bases for application where requirements may change, but mounting is still needed.
All All-States cable clamps are molded with rounded and smooth internal edges to protect insulation and hands. Easy to read molded-in clamp size markings indicate maximum bundle capacities on All-States cable clamps for quick identification before or after installation.
While primarily designed for use with electrical wires, cord or cable, cable clamps are frequently used for non-electrical applications. Plastic cable clamps offer advantages in fastening the routing of both plastic and metal tubing or hoses. Since plastic cable clamps will not cut, bend, or crush plastic tubing, as metal clamps can, they will not cause leaks, restrict or stop the flow of fluids. Also, using nylon or polypropylene cable clamps on metallic tubing, like copper or aluminum, eliminates the possibilities of galvanic corrosion at such contact points.
