Yagi beam base antenna... 2 meter, 2M, murs, portable
New 3 element Yagi base or portable antenna. Up to 6.3 dBi gain.
Two Meter (144-148 Mhz) or MURS (150-156 Mhz).
Also available for 220-225 MHz (1.25 Meter)
The field proven design is easy to set up, is SWR tuneable and delivers outstanding results.
Can be horizontally or vertically polarized, see charts below.
Uses standard 50 ohm coax with ring terminals. Can be used with or without a choke or balun.
No special coax connector is needed, terminals and instructions are included.
Heavy Duty, weatherproof construction: Non-conductive boom is machined from UV resistant solid PVC bar.
Element mounts are machined from 3/8" aluminum barstock and attached to the boom with stainless steel hardware.
Wire elements are 3/32" Stainless Spring Steel. Clamping hardware is plated steel and allows the antenna to be
mounted to tube, conduit or pipe masts up to 1.5" in diameter.
