SELA's MC 100 Micro Cleaving System increases the use of true cross-sectioning as a standard tool in the field of yield analysis and characterization. Dedicated to cross-section sample preparation, the MC 100 slashes response time - completing a single sample preparation in 15 minutes, with submicron accuracy and excellent cross section quality. The PC based, user friendly semi-automatic system, is simple to operate by any of the fabrication personnel.
