DOES NOT INCLUDE LIGHT BULB (A light bulb was put in to test the unit and show the working condition in pictures but it is not included with item)
Illuminator is NOT operated by footswitch. When plugged in and switch placed on "Cont" the illuminator will stay on. When the switch is placed on "Foot SW." the light will not operate by footswitch. Some chips in paint are apparant on unit and a small screw is missing from one side (which can be easily replaced from a local hardware store). Illuminator and Footswitch both show signs of use. With a light bulb the illuminator will work. Please refer to pictures.
