THE Amersham LEADseeker uses a temperature cooled ultra sensitive camera (CCD) to analyze microplates for FRET, Fluorescent Polarization, Time Resolved Fluorescence, Luminescence and scintillation proximity assays(SPA's). Over 100 plates can be analyzed per hour due to the combination of rapid imaging and the instruments precise rapid plate delivering feature. UNIT NEEDS PC , a chip for the camera AND A CHILLER all OF WHICH IS NOT SUPPILIED.
