The stickers on the left side, some are worn off and i can see from 1 of them, the model number is from the series VSX10. 10 pan unit capacity. 304 series stainless steel exterior. 2 cooking s/s compartments with coved interior corners. 2 high input s/s steam generators. separate manual controls for each compartment. heavy duty slammable doors and door latch mechanisms. s/s cabinet base with door for storage. 6" adjustable s/s legs with flanged rear feet. UL, NSF.
