This is a swivel lifting hook. This is brand new and never used.
The hook has a swivel eye or loop that says:5/16 V2C Canada CG
The safety clasp says:CG You need to pull up on it then twist.
Hook says: 1 C WLL 1/2T CROSBY V5D throat or opening is 3/4".
I can only assume that this is rated for 1/2 TON lifting cap.
