PPI Technologies 72" Acid Sink
This system is designed to do an acid etch and DI water rinse on wafers.
a) Main Enclosure made of FM4910 rated Polypropylene
b) Gantry Robot System to automatically move product through the process
d) Heated Quartz bath for Sulfiric etch process
e) A PVDF bath for HF etch process
f) A QDR (Quick Dump Rinse) to remove the Acid from the Wafers
g) Programmable Logic Controller/Human Machine Interface (PLC/HMI) control system to setup and controlthe process parameters including process timers, cycle counters, heater control, process tank level indication, system interlocks, and system alarms
