This is a new HP step oscilloscope attenuator. I have been planning to test it and give all of it's characteristics but I have not had the time - "so here it is." If data is critical to your purchasing decision - let me know and I will try to get some data for you.
I believe this unit is similar to the 8495G but is designed for linear voltage dividing (dBv) versus logarithmic power attenuation (dBm)
