Hello, I am Randy Dillon of Tucker, Georgia.
I design and build the best electric powder coating batch ovens on the market. A 400 degree farenheit oven that stays cool to the touch with quality components, a durable finish and a simple plug in system that requires no electrician or local government permits.
A large oven has all the same difficulties of maintaining a balanced temperature as a large building. My design has a copyright on a seperate inclosed air chamber that encases the inner oven and heats the ovens interior evenly.
The visible oven interior is encased in a second chamber. The heaters are mounted under the floor panel. When energized the heat rises thru the portals in the floor, into the ovens interior. It is then drawn into a portal in the ceiling by the top mounted circulation fan then blends the heated air and the blows it out and down behind the ovens visible walls back over the heaters.
The interior is galvanized..........it will not burn because we use low wattage heating elements !
The exterior is a red/dark red hammertone finish. Chrome handles and 6 inch chrome laser etched casters.
The electrical receptical you use is a 30 amp 4 wire. Its 240 volt single phase and only draws 24 amps.
15 amp circulation fan and PID circuit breakers
snap disc thermostat, shuts the oven down at 425 F, re-starts at 380
1 hour safety timer ( in case you forget to turn it off)
4) 1500 watt heating elements (won't burn your interior like other ovens)
My copyright design has an air convection chamber surrounding the inner visible box.
