Electro-Metrics RVR-25 Switchable E Field Rod or Monopole Antenna Base - 10 kHz to 30 MHz for EMI, EMC, and TEMPEST work.
Originally configured for MIL-STD testing.
The RVR-25 remote/manual Switchable E Field Rod or Monopole Antenna transforms E-fields by switched passive matching circuits from 9kHz-30MHz and has been designed for use with the Electro-Metrics EMC-25 and 30 but can be used with other 50 input systems.
It covers the same octave ranges as the ten matching bands of the EMC30 Receiver and similar pieces of test equipment.
The matching network switches automatically via the ACC-25A/30 control cable connects to the Rx.
The use of tuned matching transformers increases the sensitivity of the antenna whilst reducing the risk of overload across the band.
