BOC Edwards EPX-180L Dry Vacuum Pump Load Lock
This Edwards pump is used, checked, and in excellent condition.
OIL: YOU MUST add PFPE oil to this pump before you run it. Fomblin 06/6 is recommended. You will need less than 1kg.
Power requirement: 208V three phase, max 1.4kW
Ultimate vacuum: <7 x 10-5 Torr
This pump must not be tilted more than 15 degrees from vertical.
A controller or tool interface will be required to run this pump; it will not run alone.
The photos show the pump being run with a Schenck VT60 balancer attached; vibration is a very low 0.216g peak. (See photo.) The helium leak test was done with a Leybold UL500. (See photo.)
You will receive the same pump shown in the photos. No other equipment is included in this sale. The UL500 and VT60 are shown for demonstration only and are not included.
