This band saws cutting bow accepts a 1" saw blade for very straight cuts and has a tension control device so the operator can view and adjust accordingly, increasing the life of the blades and bearings. The powerful coolant pump and brass wire wheel work to cool down the saw blade teeth and clean the blade for it's next cut.
Being a semi-automatic bandsaw the machine uses hydraulics to clamp the material in the vise, and feed through the material, and returns the head after the cut. This band saw is the perfect for small to medium sized fabricators and machine shops.
