This is a Camco Ferguson Intermittor Indexing Drive. This unit is used to provide fast indexing of tables in an industrial environment. The model number is 16x2 FM100-90/90 RH Cam. It also has a 20/1 Cone Drive Speed Reducer Model MSSU-7200C AJDW attached which is driven by a electric motor. This unit was removed from working system.

The drive motor on the speed reducer is in the way, preventing me from getting a good picture other than what I m sending to you here. Regardless, I took a close look and recorded the numbers for you.
Also, not mentioned in the ad is a index control (I m not sure what it s called) as pictured.
One last note. I have also included pictures of the table this indexer came out of. If you have interest in it or if it can fit into your project, it might prove as a means of cutting your cost.
