These MSA hard hats are the number one hard hat for most industrial applications. The shell is made with a durable injection-molded, high-density polyethylene. These MSA hard hats are available with the Fas-Trac suspension for superior head protection. In addition, this MSA cap is designed with an accessories slot to accommodate many add-on features and also includes a Cushionaire sweatband and adjustable crown straps.
V-Gard Slotted Caps and Non-Slotted Hats meet all applicable requirements for a Type I (top impact) helmet as outlined in ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2009 (Class E), and also as outlined in CSA Z94.1-2005 (Class E) with 1-Touch and Fas-Trac Suspensions.
V-Gard Caps and Hats also meet the ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2009 voluntary standard for reverse donning.
