This is the R4000GX uv light you would install in the return air before the furnace filter to destroy and prevent the growth of mold on your a coil. These models will remove contaminants in the air like mold, bacteria, viruses, allegns, pet odors, cigarette smoke and many other air-borne pollutants. They are very easy to install they are maintenace free and the bulb will last roughly 36 months. These can be wired 115 or 230 volt there is a switch on the ballast that needs to be set for 230 volt factory setting is 115 volts.
