Ross 100L Turbo Emulsifier. Ideal for research formulation and setting-up for lab scale production. Unit is capable of CIP or SIP by mean os hot water or steam. Working temp up to 126 degrees C, working vacuum up to 29.5"hg, working pressure up to 21.8 psi, product density up to 1,500kg, product viscosity up to 150,000 cps. Total capacity is 140L with a working capacity for batches from 30L-100L.
Unit alows for the production of:
* water in oil and oil in water enulsions
* Toothpastes using the under vacuum technique
* various types of pigmented cosmetics
* ointments and various types of products with blending of active ingredients
* chemical reactions at an average and very high viscosity.
