We are selling a Groen 40 Gallon Stainless Steel Braising Pan, Model NHFP - 4, "slim line", open leg, gas heated, electric tilting braising pan, 46.5" wide unit, with 9" deep pan. It is completely reconditioned, cleaned, and tested to be in good working order.
Description from the manufacturer:
Groen Model NHFP 4 stainless steel gas heated, thermostatically controlled, slim line open leg, braising pan. 46 1/2" wide unit with a 9" deep pan. Heavy 5/8" thick stainless steel clad pan bottom with 18 tube burner assembly and heat transfer fins welded to pan bottom which delivers a 65% efficiency rating. Smooth action electric tilt mechanism with manual tilt backup, heavy duty cover with rear condensate drip shield and cover vent standard. NSF approved and AGA design certified. 1/2" NPT gas connection required. Unit requires gas connection and 115 Volt, single phase, 60HZ, 5Amp electrical service.
