Description: A moderately seasoned crunchy whole grain based coating for chicken, seafood, veggies and other products. This coating will brown very slowly and yield a golden brown finished color even with extended open fry times of up to 20 minutes. Fry in high temperature ( 350 deg.) cooking oil for 5 minutes or more in an open fryer or pressure fryer. Because it browns slowly and evenly, you will be able to fry thick pieces of bone in chicken without burning the outside before the heat gets inside.NOTE: Whole grains are enlarged in the cooked chicken photo only to show greater texture.
