Pin pad 1000SE pinpad for pc connection (serial port)
INCLUDES a NEW cable and Power adapter KIT for use with a PC terminal
(thru the 25pin or 9pin serial RS232 port, NOT USB)
This PinPad will accept the most recent ENCRYPTION method = "Triple DES" which some Banks/Processors require now. It is also supporting both Master/Session and DUKPT methods.
ALL PinPads must be send to YOUR Bank/processor for ENCRYPTION ! they are not "plug-n-play", and cannot be downloaded by telephone line.
Your CC processor must encrypt it to the TDES standard This version is the only VeriFonePCI/PED approved PinPad. It has a P/N P003-180-02-US . Some banks require this one and not the older '160' or '170'
This is a used, clean, PinPad which was fully tested and reset.
Check with your processor that they will Encrypt it for you or take it as a TRADE-IN.
