Cut 5 Thread Pitches with 1 KIT
The Uni-Chaser forms a complete thread by cutting root, form and crest precisely to size.
Up to four cutting edges can be chamfered so that in each pass four cuts are made as opposed to one cut with a single point tool.
Since an adjustable helix angle is built into the holder it can thread any diameter and pitch combination. The kit comes with a 3/4" x 1 1/8" x 4" Long Shank x 6 1/4" Overall Length.
This kit is complete with five chasers, a holder and adjusting wrenches. Five high speed steel thread form chasers are included in the following sizes: 8,10,12,14,16 tpi unified.
The holder is heat treated and has an adjustable helix angle. It is designed to fit all numerical and single point threading machines, turret and engine lathes with lead screw capability.
Set has been lightly used for demo purposes.
