According to the brochure sheet: A 6' thick fire brick hearth insulate unit to withstand temperatures of 2500 degrees.
Stainless steel outer panels fully insulated double walled construction. Special Air intake design burns wood or charcoal more effifiently and produces a more consistent cooking temperature. Stainless steel splash guards on rear and at sides.
Ashes are directed safely through flap into a stainless steel ash drawer for easy cleaning and disposal. Fully insulated lower storage drawers. Two grid adjusts to two positions for cooking flexibility. Heavy duty construction.
Fuel: wood, charcoal or a combination of both may be used. Smaller logs of chunks will produce better results.
