Warranty is a 1 year manufactures warranty on the engine and a 90day parts warranty on the electrical parts when not commercially used. 90days if used commercially.
The warranty on this pressure washer or generator does not cover repair damage due to freezing, chemical detiorioration, rust, corrosion, scale build up, thermal expansion, or failure to maintain adequate water supply.
Orders received with missing parts need to be reported within 48 hours.

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained before returning the product.
The warranty part has to be returned within 15 days.
