This is a Professional Lavendar with Black Trim Planner/ Organizer by Franklin Covey. It measures 7.25" long, 5.75" wide, and 2" deep. The interior has a 6 ring binder for 6.5" x 3.5+" paper, sections for business cards, and pockets on both interior sides. It's made of Synthetic materials. The Outside has some marks on it from use, but it looks great - and Happy!
