Use these stainless steel stuffing tubes with your #8 electric or manual meat grinder to fill your casings. The diameters at the base of these tubes are 2-9/16 across that fits in behind the retainer ring on the grinder. Replace the grinder knife and plate with the sausage stuffer plate (included in this package) and you are ready to start filling your casings. This kit includes everything you need to fill your casings with your #8 meat grinder. The sausage stuffer plate is use to keep the grinder auger centered to keep an even flow of meat when filling the casing. This set includes: 1-1/4 outside diameter x 6 3/4" long stuffing tube, 3/4 outside diameter x 6 3/4" long stuffing tube and 1/2 outside diameter x 4 3/4" long stuffing tube. The stuffer plate is 2 7/16" in diameter x 3/8" center hole and is 1/4" thick.
