4. Framing in good condition, (levelers and casters included)
5. All non painted components in good condition
6. All ports capped properly
7. All components and accessories attached properly
9. Sight glass clean and clear
10. Proper labels on equipment
11. Electrical specifications labeled
13. Equipment checked for leaks
15. Final test results attached to equipment
