Putnam 13/16th inch Metal cutting bit End Mill for milling or machining steel, iron, aluminum etc. I am not a machinist and know next to nothing about these bu they look unused, this one has some minor discoloration maybe old rust spots that were cleaned up visible in the pics. Its extremely sharp with no nicks. and does not look like it was used much if any. I only list it as used because I can't be 100% sure its new. I have several of these all in basically new condition; In different sizes, check my store if interested.
