Non-dairy chocolate soft serve for ice cream machines


Dry non-dairy mix that is reconstituted with tap water and frozen down in a soft serve machine. Great taste without a lot of calories and NO CHOLESTEROL. It has the same rich flavor and smooth texture you'd expect from a dairy product but is LACTOSE-FREE.
Prior to reconstitution this product will be shelf stable for up to one year when stored in a cool dry place.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS for commercial soft serve machines and small home ice cream makers provided with purchase of product.
The dry weight is 6 pounds and will yield 2.50 gallons of liquid mix and will make approximately 100 half-cup servings.

(Chocolate) Sugar, Dextrose, Corn Syrup Solids, Partially Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Dutch-Processed Cocoa, Maltodextrin, Guar and Xanthan Gums, *Sodium Caseinate (a milk derivative), Salt, Mono and Diglycerides, Lecithin, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Silicon Dioxide.
*When sodium caseinate is processed, it is so materially altered that both dairy scientists and government regulators no longer regard it as a true dairy substance. That is why sodium caseinate can be an ingredient in non-dairy products according to FDA s regulation 21 CFR 101.4 (d). Sodium caseinate also is not a source of lactose.
