This item was sold as a working unit however I am unable to test it fully///Inside width is est. 16" and outside width is 18" and the depth of the piece is est. 9"... Also it appears to be both pressure and vacuum but obviously I'm not an expert I dont even know how to test the piece... thanks and good luck in your search...I would guess the weight to be between 150-200 lbs.
