DeVlieg microbore number 40M-2M adapter, a 40 taper to Morse Taper number 2 adapter. It is used but in excellent condition... however it does have CRW engraved fairly largely on the side of it. Comes just as pictured, you also get the 2MT to 1MT sleeve and the 1MT 1/4 inch drill bit that are in it.
