* 4" blade, large red handle paring knife. Perfect for smaller trim and slicing jobs. Great for working on ribs prior to cooking.
* 6" curved, wide stiff blade boning knife. Besides boning out product, a curved, wide blade boning knife makes a perfect small slicer and trim knife. Portion out a pork loin with ease. The sharp wide blade cuts smooth and straight.
* 8" breaking knife. The 8" breaking knife is like a larger size boning knife. Used to break down carcasses, many outdoor cooks have found the shorter breaking knife to be a perfect trim and slicing knife for larger portions of meat. You get the same trim performance as a cimeter, but with a lighter and more narrow blade.
* 12" granton edge, wide blade slicer. This knife is one of our most popular knives. The 12" blade is capable of slicing most cooked meats, including brisket. The wide blade keeps product together and juices contained while slicing. A granton or hollow edge blade features small hollow or scooped out areas along the side of the blade near the edge. These hollow areas reduce friction between the blade and the product, by creating small pockets of air or juice that prevents surface contact with the product. The oval shaped diamond sharpening steel is ideal for bringing an edge back to a knife-especially during use away from your home sharpening stones or system. The steel features an oval shape, allowing for an almost flat sharpening surface for more blade contact and control. The sharpener features a hollow core, which helps reduce the weight.

Constructed of heavy-duty woven polymer fabric, this soft sided case was designed to last. Case features a padded handle and detachable shoulder strap. The outside includes a window card slot to include a name tag or the logo of your BBQ team. The case is a tri-fold-one side folds in, the the other sides folds over and velcro closes securely. Once open the case features a couple of business card slots, three thermometer/pen slots, and a small mesh zipper compartment-perfect for storing cut resistant and rubber gloves.
