This item is not New, but as close to it as you can get. It has only been used a handful of times and the shell is still in almost mint condition. The only signs of wear are on the battery. The item includes everything you see here: (2) Batteries, a charger, and 2 brand new blades. Sorry, no carrying case available. This is a wonderful piece of machinery, I love the tool. The only reason that this one got so little use is that I'm an electrician and I rarely used my own, I used the companies.
This cutter retails at SEARS for $356.00, I'm cutting that price in more than half and you're getting an extra $35.00 blade, so take advantage.
