These two 6F23 (EF182) valves have been tested on an AVO valve tester and have good characteristics. One is by Mullard and the other by Mazda
Specification for 6F23:- Ia = 10.0 mA & Gm = 9.2 mA/V for Va = 250V, Vs = 250V & Vg = -1.5 V V
Valve 1; Ia = 6.7 mA & Gm = 5.8 mA/V
Valve 2; Ia = 5.4 mA & Gm = 5.6 mA/V
