Its a NO.99 Transit (survey/builders lever) it's probably been used a few times but not much more that that. It has the original wood box with leathr strap. It has 4 bolt mount on the bottm to mount to a tri-pod wich I Do Not Have....I don't know how old it is but i'd say pretty old but will still do the job with out fail........
