Nice! It is hard to find a used griddle this clean. Completely refurbished. No grease or burnt product in or out! Only minor cosmetic flaws. This is a heavy duty griddle designed for professional kitchens. It supports a 1" thick griddle top so that one does not loose grill temperature when cooking lots of frozen products. Also, this unit has thermostatic controls, this allows you to regulate the temperature at a set point no matter how mush you are grilling or how little. Most other "economy" type griddles have a manual gas valve which controls the size of the flame, not the temperature. The down side to that is that the operator has to constantly adjust the gas control valve. Thermostatic controls are the ONLY way to go if you desire a consistent product.
