You are looking at a NEW Jergens 12", 4 STEEL Spoke Handwheel.
Believed to be cast iron, but may be cast steel..(?). In any case. they are no longer shown on the Jergens catalog- threfore discontinued. Supplied exactly as per picture- you bore your own arbor (shaft) hole and/or broach your own keyway.
