Has "Franklin Covey" and the logo on inside Front cover. It has "Simulated Leather, 11497.078 and Made in USA" on the inside back cover.
Excellent condition, no scuffs, wear marks or what have you to mar the appearance. There is, however, a place or two where the material has come off the black piping that goes around the edges. they're not noticeable unless you put on glasses, like I did, and see them.
